Deleting your data

This page explains how to remove FreeFallFilms' access to your social media accounts, and how to have the data we hold about them deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.

If you are a dropzone using the Console

1. Sign in, then open Settings → Social Logins.
2. Click Disconnect next to YouTube, Instagram or Facebook. The access token we hold for that account is deleted immediately.
3. To delete the record of posts already published, delete the post (or the booking) in the Console, or email us (below).

Removing access from the platform

• Instagram: in the Instagram app or website, go to Settings → Apps and websites, and remove FreeFallFilms Publisher.
• Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, and remove FreeFallFilms Publisher.
• YouTube / Google: go to your Google account's third-party connections and remove FreeFallFilms.

Once access is removed, the token we hold stops working.

Asking us to delete everything

Email hobbyist@hobbyistsoftware.com with the name of the account or Page you connected. We will delete all the data we hold about it, including the record of published posts, and confirm by email within 30 days. Videos already published stay on your account or Page; you can delete them there.
